Exercise is as much, if not more, mental than it is physical. How do you tap into the mental side of consistently keeping exercise as a regular part of your life? My approach as a trainer is to get to know the “human” side of you, so that I can motivate you most effectively. Anyone can put together a HIIT or weight loss program but if the trainer doesn’t know what gets you motivated to exercise, then any program no matter how great the content, is worthless.

We will meet in your home / apartment, building gym, or outdoor space. The space available or the equipment that you have doesn’t matter. We are fully insured and have the understanding, experience and expertise to create a structured program that will help you to reach and maintain your fitness goals. With IN PERSON, you will enjoy the added benefit of manual stretching, myofascial work, and passive mobility movements.
